Gene brought back one of our first designs. We found it as part of Norway's early archeological finds: a clay vessel with primitive handbuilt form and stamped designs. Done by us with a Green-Breaking-Red Glaze, with plenty of Iron Oxide brushed into warm burnished clay. We had heard often that Norway did not have a strong clay tradition, so we especially appreciated this example, possibly imported.
